Build simple tools or chatbots to handle routine tasks like scheduling, reporting, and answering common employee questions
Use AI to generate training materials or onboarding content

Apply AI to flag issues or trends in operational data and support ticket feedback to drive smarter decisions
Customer & Market Intelligence
Run market research using GPT to find trends and competitors
Create a simple customer-facing assistant based on our website or documents
Use AI to summarise documents, meeting notes, customer conversations, and feedback to quickly surface key points and trends
Use AI to categorise and prioritise support tickets or emails
Help us analyse survey responses or feedback using AI
🏢 Company requirement
Any company (startup/scale-up/corporate/incubator/NGO) with at least two founders/employees working full time in the company.
In business for at least 6 months.
💰 Costs
Master Challenge will charge a fee of €1800,- (ex tax). This fee is used to organize this challenge, to recruit, select and guide the students.

September 19: Deadline for submitting your challenge
September 20: Receiving message if your challenge is approved by the coordinator
October 6-10: Matching phase - Student teams rank the challenges. You rank the teams that want to work on your challenge. Finally, we generate the best possible matches.
October 15: Kick-off meeting with your team
January 30, 9:00 – 17:00: Final presentations in time slots of 30 minutes (after you are matched to a team, we will schedule the time slots)
