During the Business Challenge a team of carefully selected and highly motivated students from the Rotterdam Consulting Club will solve your business challenges, such as testing new value propositions, exploring new markets, boosting innovation, etc.
The teams will come up with practically relevant solutions and an implementation plan related to your business challenges. This is a collaboration between the Rotterdam Consulting Club (RCC) and Master Challenge.
The students who will work on your challenge are carefully selected, top class, and highly motivated.
✅ Key features of the challenge
Students per team: 4-6 student consultants.
No. of hours spent per team: 10hrs per student consultant per week.
Duration: 4 - 8 weeks (starting in February), duration depends on the size of the project.
Supervision: Student teams are supervised and guided by experienced consultants.
Deliverables: Management presentation and report (in the form of slides) with recommendations and an implementation plan.
Company time investment: 8-10 hours
Costs: Starting from €2.000,- (depending on the size of the project)

🏢 Company requirement
Any company (startup/scale-up/corporate/incubator/NGO) with at least two founders/employees working full time in the company.
In business for at least 6 months.
💰 Costs
Starting from €2.000,- (up to €6.000,- depending on the size of the project) (ex tax).
Invoicing will be done by Rotterdam Consulting Club.
